When your SciveraLENS subscription is set up, you will receive two emails from our team (make sure to check your Spam or Promotions tab/folder if you cannot find them):
- A confirmation email about the setup of your subscription
- An invitation email to confirm and activate your new SciveraLENS account
In the second email marked Action Needed, find the link that says, “Confirm my account” and click it. The link will bring you to your SciveraLENS account setup page.
You will need to set a secure password and select your time zone. When you are ready, click “Take me to my new SciveraLENS account.” This will bring you to our Web Services Agreement.
If you have already agreed to our Master Services Agreement and Terms & Conditions, this option may be turned off for you. Upon acceptance, you will land on the SciveraLENS Overview page, which serves as a landing page when you log in to the application.
Once you have completed these steps, you have activated your new SciveraLENS account and are ready to get started!
Make sure to keep your password secure and remember your login is for your individual use – do not share your user account or password with anyone. You will use your username or email address and this password each time you log into SciveraLENS. If you forget your password, do not worry! We have included a convenient “Forgot Password?” link on our login page that will allow you to reset your password.
You can log in anytime by visiting the Enhesa website and selecting “Client log-in” at the top of the homepage or visiting the SciveraLENS login page.
