Why do I sometimes get logged out of ToxPlanet after having been logged in?

For security reasons, ToxPlanet will log a user out if their session has been inactive for an extended period of time. If this happens to you, you will be prompted to login again. Simply click on our website's Customer Login option. Once on the Login Page, enter your Username and Password again and click the Login button. After doing this, you will be able to continue using our products. You can extend your browsing time at any time by clicking on a document or module tab to reset the timer.
