Click on the Advanced tab, then select REACH Registrations Advanced. This will bring up a search box that allows for field-specific searching. The Search Field dropdown menu allows you to choose the field to search (Name, EC Number, CAS Number). The Name option is initially displayed as the default search option.
Choose the field you wish to search and enter your search term in the Search Term box (e.g., "methylbenzene"). Click the Submit button to execute the search.
Use Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to refine your search. For example, search for "methyl OR benzene" in the Name field to find results containing either term.
After conducting a search, a tabular list of chemical terms based on your search criteria is returned. This display includes information such as EC Number, CAS Number, and Registration Type, as well as the number of documents and pages in the results list. You can sort results in ascending or descending order by clicking on the field headings.
Use the paging arrows or the "Go To Page" box (when available) to navigate through results. Choose how many results to display per screen (10, 30, or 50).
Print results using either Print Current Page or Print All Results. In the print window, you can also save the results as a PDF. To access the Print Settings menu, click on the gear icon next to the printer icons.

By clicking on the chemical's Name, the corresponding REACH Registration Dossier opens in a new window. Each Dossier contains an abundance of useful information in multiple categories.
